Why we built this
Booking a gig usually means an entertainer manager working through a list of venues one phone call at a time, or a venue owner chasing entertainers to fill a night that's still empty two weeks out. GigMatcher exists to cut that down to minutes: list your open dates, browse who's available and what they're after, and send a request.
How it works, in short
Entertainers list their entertainer category, fee range and travel radius. Venues list their venue type, capacity, budget and the entertainer category they're after. Both sides mark the dates they've got open. GigMatcher surfaces the matches that already fit — right date, right budget, right style — so a request only goes out when it's actually worth sending.

Independent entertainers and touring acts looking to fill their calendar, and venues — pubs, clubs, small halls — that book live music regularly and want less back-and-forth doing it.
